Section 1

Short Title And Commencement

(1) This Act may be called as “Act Relating to Institutions Acting as Financial Intermediary, 2055 (1999).”
(2) It shall come into force on such date as specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette .
